Printable 2027 Calendar: An Editable Vintage Botanical Monthly Calendar

A wall calendar is still the easiest way for a whole household to see the same month. A printable 2027 calendar has two advantages over a shop-bought one: you can add every birthday, school date and holiday before you print, and you can print just one month again when plans change.

This guide covers how to choose a layout, how to fill in an editable calendar, and how to print and bind it at home. Sunday or Monday start?

• Sunday start is the US norm and matches most school calendars.
• Monday start keeps the weekend together. It's the norm in the UK and Europe, and it's popular with anyone who plans their work week.

What to add before you print

1. Birthdays and anniversaries. Collect them once. This is also where a personalized calendar becomes a good gift.
2. School terms, holidays and days off.
3. Bin days, bills and renewals. Small notes like these are the ones you'd otherwise forget.
4. Leave white space. A calendar packed full in January is hard to use by March.

How to print a 2027 calendar at home

• Paper: matte cardstock (65 to 80 lb / 176 to 216 gsm). Glossy photo paper shows pen marks.
• Settings: landscape, "Actual size", best quality.
• Binding: a bulldog clip on a nail, two binder rings through punched holes, or a print shop's coil binding (usually a few dollars).
• Size: US Letter fits most kitchen walls. For a bigger calendar, print one month at a time at 11 x 17 in.

A personalized calendar as a Christmas gift

Add family birthdays, swap in a name ("The Garcia Family 2027"), print it on good cardstock and wrap it with a ribbon. It's an inexpensive, personal gift for grandparents, teachers or anyone who has everything, and it gets looked at every day for a year.
